allow user to add emoticon on their name and does not affect the functionality of the app
We've noticed that adding emojis/emoticons to a user's name breaks the system's ability to accept incoming calls and send outbound faxes. It would be a great feature enhancement if the system could support these characters, allowing for full name customization without disrupting core functionality.
