Enable Call Flip to RingCentral Desktop
Please add support for Call Flip from a desk phone to the RingCentral desktop app while preserving all call features, including automatic call recording.
Currently, I am unable to:
Perform a Call Flip from my desk phone to the RingCentral desktop app.
Continue automatic call recording after a call has been flipped. Features such as pausing and resuming automatic call recording also do not work once Call Flip is used.
This limitation affects users who start calls on a desk phone and need to continue the conversation on the desktop app without losing recording functionality.
Requested Enhancement:
Enable Call Flip from desk phones to the RingCentral desktop app.
Ensure automatic call recording continues seamlessly after a call is flipped.
Support pausing and resuming automatic call recording even after a Call Flip.
This enhancement would provide a more seamless user experience for hybrid and mobile workflows while maintaining compliance with call recording requirements.
