Bulk Upload Contacts to Desk Phones via CSV File
Request Description:
Customer would like the ability to upload a CSV file containing contact information and have the contacts automatically added to a user's desk phone.
Current Limitation:
Currently, there is no available option to upload a CSV file of contacts and automatically provision those contacts to a specific user's desk phone.
Requested Enhancement:
Add functionality that allows administrators to upload a CSV file containing company and external contacts, then automatically sync or deploy those contacts to a selected user's desk phone.
Business Impact:
This feature would simplify contact management for organizations with large contact lists and reduce the manual effort required to add contacts individually to desk phones.
