Explicit Audio Prompt Differentiation for Call Queue / Shared Voicemails via Desk Phone
Current Behavior
When users access their voicemail box directly from a desk phone (*86 or the envelope button):
The system only distinguishes between personal voicemails and Call Queue voicemails if both exist simultaneously (e.g., "You have 2 new messages for your direct extension and 4 new messages for Operator Hunt").
If there are only Call Queue voicemails (and 0 direct extension voicemails), the system IVR fails to explicitly state that the voicemails belong to the Call Queue/Operator Hunt extension, leaving users uncertain about the source/intended recipient of the messages.
Requested Enhancement (Desired Behavior)
Whenever a user checks voicemail from a desk phone, the IVR audio prompts should always clearly and explicitly state the origin of the voicemails, regardless of whether direct extension messages are present.
