Call routing for both RingCentral and Prosper AI
Configure the RingCentral system to bypass calls coming from our AI agent's number (Prosper AI). It would need to recognize them even when we display the patient's number instead of ours.
Set up a SIP connection that lets calls transferred back to your system skip the routing logic that sends them to our AI agent.
