Outbound call wrap-up settings for RingEX
Outbound call wrap-up settings for RingEX. We would like to configure an outbound call wrap-up time setting so that our agents are automatically put on DND after they finish a call. This is similar to the call queue "After call wrap up time" but we want to configure it for agents making outbound calls.
