Request to Enable Calendar Presence Support for Exchange On-Premises Connections
The customer would like the Calendar Presence feature to be available when using an Exchange On-Premises calendar connection. Currently, the Calendar Presence setting is hidden under Settings > Calendars and Contacts when the user is connected only to Exchange On-Premises.
The customer would like RingCentral to support calendar-based presence synchronization for on-premises Exchange environments, allowing user availability statuses (such as Busy or In a Meeting) to automatically update based on calendar events.
