Voicemail Greeting Library
We would like to have a feature that allows us to create a new voicemail greeting for a user while keeping the previous recording saved.
It would be helpful to have a voicemail greeting library where administrators can store, manage, and reuse previous voicemail recordings instead of having to create a new recording every time. This would allow us to easily switch between existing greetings when needed and avoid losing previously recorded messages.

I am a RingCentral partner and would greatly appreciate an update that gives us something like what is being requested.
I've had many customers request call flows with voicemails that eventually route to one specific user, and they want the voicemail greeting of that person to play for the callers. It's possible today to have the voicemails routed to that one person, but their voicemail greeting has to be downloaded and then uploaded to the one feature controlling the voicemail routing. When the user updates their voicemail greeting, the separate greeting doesn't get updated and is generally forgotten about.
When configuring something like a queue or a message-only extension, being able to select a user's current greeting, or any other greeting available in the system, would be ideal. If the greeting was ever updated, any call flows using that greeting would be updated as well, and messages on the system wouldn't have to be managed individually.

This could really add value to our users and help them have a "vacation" greeting vs a different out of office voicemail greeting.

This would be great for when you are out of the office & then come back it is a pain to have to re-record your voicemail each time.
