Option to Require Full Greeting/Announcement Playback Before Accepting Keypad Input (Disable Dial-Ahead)
Currently, when a caller reaches our Auto-Receptionist or an IVR menu, they can immediately press a key or dial an extension to bypass the greeting. While "dial-ahead" is useful for frequent callers, there are specific scenarios where it is critical that the caller listens to the entire audio announcement before the system registers any keypad (DTMF) input.
