Option to capture consent from the recipient when enabling RingCentral AI Note Taking
I’m not seeing an option to capture consent from the recipient when enabling RingCentral AI Note Taking.
I can see where to enable or disable AI Note Taking, but I don’t see an option that prompts the person being called to provide consent before AI Note Taking begins.
Is there a way to configure RingCentral to obtain and document the recipient’s consent before AI Note Taking is enabled on a call? If so, could you provide instructions on how to configure this?
