Option to change the site to an assigned multi-user device
Right now, we don't have the option to change the site of a multi-user device like the Snom M500 Pro DECT Phone or the POLY 402. We ended up modifying the back end and adding a BYOD phone with the same MAC address as the main company's because we couldn't change the site on the original device. (see case # 32499893). Hopefully, we can get this approved and implemented so customers with multiple multi-user devices will have easy access if the need to change the site arises.
