    This is highly important especially if there is no need for the sender to show his/her real name when coordinating or to set it as a company name for uniformity.

    If we can integrate Whatsapp not just for RingCX customers but for regular RingCentral customers as well, allowing them to use the same feature to maximize their business potential.

    SMS for Call Queues is coming-- as in if a text is sent to a call queue number, there will be an inbox available for one agent to respond to those SMS.


    I know the core of this request is to have a shared SMS inbox where multiple people can send and receive SMS from the inbox. Our product teams are aware of this ask, but I do not have more information about if/when this segment of the ask is coming.

    I agreed that this is an important feature, I've handled a case wherein customer needed to set multiple SMS recipient for the company main number, the reason for this is that in case he will go on a vacation or will not be available for a certain amount of time, there will be no problems or hassle in checking the company SMS.
