With the new restrictions on global document sharing, it has become vital for RingEX to propose an option to share google drive documents automatically in group conversations.
UC1: A team member pastes the link to a gdrive document. RingEX automatically detects that some group members do not have access. It proposes a share button with the aliases of the first 2-3 people who do not have access to the document.
UC2: user clicks the Share button -> document shared with all the members of the group.
UC3: User receives out of band notification stating if the share succeeded or not.
UC4: user has not connected their gdrive login --> relevant message + invitation to connect + upon connecting gdrive, propose to share the doc, then join UC1.
UC5: User does not click --> doc sharing is not changed.
UC6: User wants to share the doc only with a selection of team members --> TBD for a later stage; or show a list of team members to select from. Select-all, Read-only, comment-only, Read/Write/Comment fine-tuned sharing.
UC7: team member clicks the link, finds out they don't have access without leaving RingEX. RingEX proposes to send a share request directly via glip to the owner.
UC8: user who shared the link does not have access themselves --> UC7.
