Call hunting
But the customer said that's not what they want. What they want is for calls to the main company number to ring ext 103 six times, then go to voicemail. The only time they want ext 102 to ring is if ext 103 is already on an active call. They don't want ext 103 to be skipped just because it was recently in use or just hung up — only when it's actually busy. And if ext 103 simply doesn't answer, it should go straight to voicemail, not ring ext 102.
