Multi-entity accounts (such as shared legal practices, parent/subsidiary companies, or agencies) often share a single outbound fax number across different operating brands. Currently, RingCentral Email-to-Fax ([number]@rcfax.com) determines the cover page based strictly on static user extension settings rather than the sender's email domain or alias.Proposed Functionality
Add an automated routing/rule engine for Email-to-Fax that dynamically selects and attaches the appropriate Cover Page Template based on the sender's domain (e.g., @pacificlibertylaw.com vs @edenlawgroup.com).Key Requirements
Domain-Based Mapping Rules: Ability to map specific email domains to predefined account-level Fax Cover Page templates.
