Session Border Controller feature in the admin portal
Session Border Controller feature in the admin portal.
Add a feature that provides access to session border control or a similar tool to see what is going on when a fax is failing to send or receive. If we could see logs on a test fax, then I believe we could see if there is an issue with our ATA codec settings or if the source is from the machines on them.
