Failed Payment Alert Notification System
We are requesting an automated notification feature that alerts account administrators whenever a payment fails on the account.
Currently, account holders are unaware of failed payment attempts until services are interrupted or billed manually. This feature will automatically trigger real-time notifications via email (and/or system alerts) immediately upon a failed transaction attempt.
