Support Selecting Another Extension's Details (Boss/Executive) for Outbound Fax Caller ID and Cover Sheet Sender
Executive Assistants and administrative staff routinely send faxes from their own RingCentral extensions, but the transmission needs to reflect their manager's or executive's information. Currently, sending a fax from a user's own extension forces the system to pull that user's personal profile and caller ID onto the cover sheet. To show the boss's name and direct contact details in the "From" header, administrators are forced to manually alter the assistant's permanent extension settings or use workarounds.
