To have the ability to import custom greetings/announcements (call queue welcome greeting and waiting music/on hold) from 3rd party app
To provide the ability to import custom greetings, announcements, and hold music from third-party applications directly into the RingCentral configuration.
The proposed functionality would allow administrators to use an API or similar integration to automatically upload and configure audio files for Call Queue Greetings and Hold Music, eliminating the need to manually upload and configure these files within the RingCentral Admin Portal.
This capability would be particularly useful for organizations that manage customized audio content through third-party applications and need an automated way to keep their RingCentral Call Queue greetings, announcements, and waiting/hold music up to date.
