Native video detection on RingCentral Video
Add native device camera detection to RingCentral Video meetings to automatically detect whether a camera is available and ready to use. The feature should identify common issues such as missing camera, permission restrictions, camera being used by another application, or device disconnection. Provide a clear camera status and preview before joining, with an option to select or change the available camera. During meetings, notify users if the camera becomes unavailable and provide basic troubleshooting guidance.
