Right now, once you create a group text with external contacts (people who are not on RingCentral), the member list is locked. You cannot add anyone or remove anyone. The only fix is to start a brand new group and lose the conversation.

Why this matters:
We run a moving company and text our crews from RingCentral every day. Crews change constantly. A mover calls out, we swap in someone else, a job gets an extra helper. Every single change means building a new group text from scratch, re-adding everyone, and re-sending the instructions. The old group is still sitting there and people reply in the wrong one. This happens multiple times a week and it causes missed jobs and confusion.

Any business that texts teams, field crews, drivers, techs, or clients plus a manager hits this exact same wall.

What we're asking for:
- An "Edit members" option on any group text: add a number, remove a number.
- If carriers require a new group thread behind the scenes, handle that automatically. Keep it as one conversation on our side with the full history, the same name, and a note like "Mike was added."
- A removed person stops getting new messages from the group.

This is standard in every major messaging app. For a business texting platform it's the number one thing we're missing.
