Return the default voicemail greeting voice back to how it used to sound
Issue Overview:
Following a recent backend text-to-speech update, callers are hearing a choppy, metallic, or overly robotic voice when reaching user voicemail boxes set to the default greeting.
Observed Behavior:
-In the Admin Portal preview, the default greeting plays clearly with high audio quality.
-On live outbound and inbound telephone calls, the dynamic voice stitching user names/extensions suffers heavy audio degradation over telecom network codecs (e.g., G.711u).
Proposed Action / Request:
-Restore Previous TTS Voice Engine: Revert to the prior high-clarity voice engine for default voicemail greetings or optimize the current dynamic synthesis pipeline to prevent choppy artifacts on live phone calls.
-Portal Audio Preview Accuracy: Ensure the Admin Portal audio preview accurately reflects telephony codec audio quality rather than raw web audio.
-Change Notifications: Notify account administrators in advance whenever global updates or migrations affect default system audio prompts.
