Presence | Answering Call Set up
The customer has a user who has access to another user on their phone through the presence feature. So when the number of ext 1 rings, ext 2 can answer it. However they are looking for a way for extension 2 to answer the call but for the call to stay on extension 1's phone so extension 1 has the option to just pick up their phone and join the call.
