Adaptive Card Search
RingCentral does not currently search text contained within Adaptive Cards received through incoming webhooks. Although the text can be selected and copied, it cannot be found using RingCentral's search.
A significant number of our automated notifications are delivered as Adaptive Cards. Without search capability, users must manually scroll through messages to locate specific alerts and notices, and other information. Making Adaptive Card content searchable would significantly improve our ability to quickly locate and reference critical notifications.
Requesting a feature or bot that can index the text displayed within Adaptive Cards so it can be searched using RingCentral's standard search functionality, including titles, body text, fields, and notification details.
