Ability to save more than one voicemail greeting and associate a voicemail greeting to a schedule (e.g. vacation)
A suggestion our users have had is a vacation voicemail toggle / being able to save more than one voicemail greeting and toggle between (e.g. have a standard vm greeting, a vacation vm greeting, or something else) and to be able to associate specific greetings to a timed schedule. Similar to being able to respond to OOO messages in MS Outlook on a schedule. There is kind of a way of hacking it in RingCentral but it's not intuitive or obvious to users, and would still rely on the user keeping offline copies of their voicemail audio files and re-uploading those for use.
