Problem Statement:
Emergency Response Location (ERL) configuration is currently disabled in the web app interface with a notification stating that location awareness is unavailable in browsers due to technical limitations. While dynamic location tracking is restricted by browsers, users are also blocked from manually selecting or assigning pre-configured static ERL addresses via the web app, requiring them to install the desktop application solely to configure emergency settings.

Proposed Solution:
Enable manual selection and configuration of static Emergency Response Locations (ERL) within the web application settings. Even if dynamic location detection requires the desktop app, users should be able to manually assign a fixed/static emergency address from a list of approved locations directly in the web browser.
