Multiple Custom Voicemail Greetings / Profiles per User Extension
Currently, RingCentral extensions natively support only one active custom voicemail greeting at a time. To switch greetings, admins/users must either overwrite the existing greeting or configure Advanced Call Handling / Custom Rules for date ranges.
Allow users and admins to record, save, and label multiple voicemail greetings under Extension Settings > Voicemail & Greetings (e.g., "Default Greeting", "Holiday Closure", "Vacation").
Enable users to easily select and activate any stored greeting directly from the RingCentral Desktop/Mobile App or Admin Portal without needing to re-record or set up complex routing rules.
