Custom Rule : Redirect Internal Calls
The user would like to have a separate call-routing configuration for internal calls to a specific user extension. The goal is to use the same direct line while bypassing the existing ring settings, so that internal calls will ring directly on the designated extension user’s desk phone without following the current ring group or call-routing settings.
