Allow Custom Caller ID Names (CNAM) to Begin with Numbers
Currently, the RingCentral Admin Portal restricts custom Caller ID Name (CNAM) entries by requiring them to begin with a letter. This prevents businesses whose registered legal name or DBA starts with a digit (e.g., "911 GARAGE PROS") from displaying their exact business name on outbound calls.
