Include Recipient's Name in Fax Transmission Confirmation Emails
Use Case:
When sending an outbound fax to an existing Contact, the fax transmission confirmation email correctly displays the recipient's name in the Name field.
However, when sending a fax to a number that is not saved in Contacts, the sender can manually enter a name in the Recipient Name field in the New Fax window. Currently, this name is not reflected in the confirmation email, which displays only the recipient's fax number.
Requested Enhancement:
Update the fax transmission confirmation email to include the manually entered Recipient Name for recipients who are not saved in Contacts, consistent with the current behavior for existing Contacts.
