Company fax follow company call flow when using AI Receptionist
When AI Receptionist (AIR) is enabled faxes don't follow the Company Operator and Fax recipient settings under Company Call Handling. Instead, the faxes are routed to AIR.
The workaround is to go to phone system, all numbers, click fax number and choose what extension to send faxes to. The problem with the config is that you can't assign the fax caller ID to users.
We need to have faxes follow Company Operator and Fax recipient settings when AIR is enabled on the account.
