Auto Reply for Sent Fax Confirmations
Allow for either an automatic fax reply to be sent as confirmation for a received fax, or allow for the option of sending a fax received confirmation directly from the message email where the documents are downloaded.

Block SPAM Faxes using OCR and User defined Phrases
It would be great if RingCentral could perform an OCR on incoming faxes and check them against a list of phrases. If the Fax contains a user defined phrase just quietly move it to a spam folder and not notify anyone.Even better would be the capability to setup a list of named filters each with a list of phrases. Ability to use distribution list to fax to multiple recipients.
CASE:User has a schedule that needs to be faxes out to 7 different external businesses weekly. Currently their workflow is hampered by having to type out the email format [fax number]@rcfax.com seven different times. Would like to add if possible, a feature that could select fax view (e.g adobe) as a default view and download location to a specific file in the computer.

Allow text to be typed in Fax TO: field in desktop app
You should not have to add a Contact before faxing. Right now, if you fax using a template and only a fax number, then the cover letter show nothing in the TO: line. I want to be able to have a separate "TO:" field and "Fax number" field, so my cover letter is not empty. Sometimes faxes are one time only and having to add a Contact also make the process slower.

Export of all Fax User Data
The ability to export all fax user data is needed to avoid having to manually view the data through the users. Currently, the export only shows the main user data, but not any sub-user data of those who are configured to send and receive faxes or notifications. Imaging having 1000 fax numbers under you purview, and you need to have a report listed showing all the users who have access to send and receive. We need the option in the admin portal to add a footer that contains a disclosure. This should be added ASAP. We are a financial institution, the disclosure is very important to our compliance. Please advise.

eFax Preview
When preparing a fax in the desktop app, the fax cannot be previewed prior to sending. This feature would be very useful to make sure it is correct prior to sending it. (FYI, Fax is not included in the Product Line below)

when a same company phone number was saved under contact list with different names. Being able to search for faxes in messages by their phone number or their company name.
After attempting to search for faxes sent to the line, I discovered that you can't search just by phone #, or by company name, but that you have to use the first and last name fields. This makes it harder, as sometimes multiple people use one fax line, especially if they're in a company. It would be easier to search by phone # or by company name (if that company field is entered)

Allow In-App Messages RE; Voicemail & Faxes to Eliminate use of multiple platforms
Smaller businesses could benefit from having fax & voicemail in-app messages sent to all members of a call queue. Currently, the system is limited to one person being assigned in-app notifications, with email only notifications sent to other call queue members. A small business needs all members of the admin team to be notified in one place to reduce the number of platforms needed to conduct everyday business.

I was able to fax files with .doc and .docx with .pdf Now, only .pdf's get through. I read there was an update that dropped the .doc extensions. Please bring this back.

Allow outbound fax cover sheets to be updated
When you send outbound faxes to someone, you can't specify a person, company, subject, or any of the outbound variables in the cover letter using the Ring Central Application.

Wanted to receive FAX email notifications for faxes sent to an ATA device (in addition to printing)
Currently functionality is limited to either receiving faxes via email notification attachment OR have them print physically by using a custom rule workaround to apply unconditional forwarding. We would like to have our business critical faxes in both physical printed form and digital dissemination at the time they are received.
