  7. There are integration systems like Multicast Streams that require software version/MPP version to be updated to 12.0 or above. However, the phone reverts back to the default firmware and does not accept the manual firmware update. Allow phones to have default firmware version 12.0 or above.

  15. We have a Cyberdata Strobe and 2 Airhorns provisioned through RingCentral. We also have a YeaLink cordless phone added as well. They are online and working, but will only activate when the devices are set to Ring In Order. When Simultaneous Ring is selected, only the RC desk phone and the YeaLink will ring. The Cyberdata devices will not repsond.So all devices will ring (and strobe will flash) one at a time with Ring In Order or only the 2 phones will ring with Simultaneous.   16. It would be very helpful to have a physical button on the desk phone that can forward the call to another desk phone/extension without needing to answer it initially. This can help our customer not having to enable the custom rule on their online account and just be able to transfer the call as quickly as possible.
