Ability to have 2N Intercom phone call two user extensions simultaneously without delay. It works with call queue extensions that are configured with two user extensions but not when the 2N Intercom is set up to ring two separate user extensions at one time.

Access voicemail without pin from IP phone
You should be able to allow a user to access their voicemail without needing a PIN code when calling from their assigned IP Phone.

Syncing RingCentral Performance Reports to Salesforce for non-Salesforce users.
Calls are being logged to Salesforce when users use the CTI dialer to make and receive calls. However, there are RingCentral users who does not have a Salesforce login to use the CTI dialer and their calls will only sync to RingCentral.Having all calls register to Salesforce (regardless if the user does not have a Salesforce login) would be helpful for data collection.

Hot Desk Phone Logged Out Display
When hot desk phones are in the logged out state, they display the tenant super admin's extension and the clock in the super admin's time zone. This should be customizable. I have hot desk phones in multiple locations in different time zones but now many of them show the wrong time as only a single time zone is allowed for all.

Please add volume control feature on Avaya J Series phone not allowing user to Mute the ringer.
user accidentally can disabling the Ring and causing issues, there is setting for the J phones, it is the SET AUDASYS please try implement it and test, the feature is very important.

Parked Call Visibility
We have some users who only field and make calls through the Yealink physical call. When they park a call there is no way for them to identify which location they parked the call at. On our previous system the button lit up with a different color so you could know in the event you forgot while in the midst of getting the call to someone else. It would be helpful to have this available.

Terrible app update made it worse
This app was trash to begin with. Constantly dropping calls, bad quality calls then the update came. Now if I need to dial a number a pop up comes up for the dial pad. This is a terrible design. Make it simple and stop trying to recreate the wheel.

Allow Call Queue Voicemail Selection
For our business, having a voicemail for every call queue is not desired. We prefer to use a single VM box for a given grouping of queues. Currently, you cannot select another call queue VM box, they are omitted from the selection lists. Please allow a call queue to send to another call queue VM box. Currently, message-only extension is cumbersome to utilize to enhance this situation.

Silent warning group
Customer like to create group like with button, allow user in the group press the button to warning if any emergency like a life threatening situation happens, the warning is silent, just possible turn on the light of group button, alerting other users may need reach the police for assistance.

Multiple prerecorded messages to leave
It would be nice to have the feature to prerecord messages to leave if a customers voice mail answers. With just a click of a button you could select one of the messages to be left with out having to stay on the line and record the message live

Ability to use RingCentral Phone App for France phone numbers that is associated to a deskphone
This is normal behaviour for France when they use the RingCentral Phone app as a 2nd device. If they already have a deskphone assigned to a user, they will not have a direct dial option using the RingCentral Phone app. The recommendation is to use the RingCentral Desktop app version. This is due to regulatory compliance for France Numbers are on Demand.

Restricting Outbound Calls via Limited Extensions
We would like to restrict the numbers able to be dialled from our limited extension handsets. All outgoing calls are to be blocked, aside from emergency 999 calls. All internal extension dialling is to remain and be unaffected.

Button on polycom phone to sign out of queue
I would like a key on the polycom phone to easily sign out of the call queue instead of having to sign into a pc opening the ring central app just to sign out.

Call Queue Advance without wait timer when all agents unavailable
You can reference my ticket with partner support number 20268830. If all members of a primary queue are made unavailable via DND or administrative action, calls presented to the primary queue should advance to the next call handling step without requiring that the primary queue wait timer expires before allowing the calls to advance

Option to turn off Fax Notification Voicemails
Please add an option to disable when Fax messages are delivered to the mailbox that the platform reads off the date/timestamp that the fax messages are received messages are received.

Received a call from inmates
For a lawyer, it's important to receive a phone call from inmates if they are using a pay phone. The customer is using Securus is set up so that inmates can call their office. Hopefully this can be added as a feature that calls from inmates can received thru RC number
