More than 1000 participants for the audio conference calling. They are able to join via dial in, using the host code or participants code but they can only join up to 1000 participants including the host and wanted to increase the number of participants for the audio conference calling. Wanted to have a license or a feature that can have this feature to be available with RingCentral. They wanted to have more than 1000 participants that can join their audio conference calling.

Add the preferred area code numbers instead of having it replaced by an existing phone number
Customer mentioned that they wanted an Arizona area code (408) phone numbers to be added on their account, but the original process is to have it added by the Telco Ops team which will need a replacement from their existing phone numbers. User declined this request.
Can we have them add the phone numbers with area code preferred so they can just purchase it instead of replacing it with an existing phone numbers in their inventory?

Is there a way/configuration that in the history to show that the call came from 10 instead of 11?
10 ----> 11 - initial call
11 ---> 12 - put on hold 10, calls to 12 - in the display of 12 it shows talking with 11, and then 11 transfer 10 to 12.
10 ---> 12 - 10 and 12 talk, in the display of 12 it shows talking with 10When the call ends, in the history of 12 it shows the call came from 11, and not from 10.

Caller ID
I would like the ability to arrange the order that my "My caller ID:" is listed. I have over 25 clear ID's and if I am not using full screen it does not show all my caller ID options. I'd like the ability to rearrange the color ideas in any order I would like or at least the ability to choose by name A- Z etc. or by number.

Option for custom answer(custom text field) in the webinar Poll
