  4. On the RingCentral Teams deskotp application, the RingCentral app does not remember the last used section when navigating away to other Teams apps/functionality. The RC Teams app always defaults to the Phone tab instead of the area I was previously in.

  6. Change the Contact information > MY PRIMARY NUMBER in the https://myringcentral.com/ website to show as the user's direct number rather than the accounts main number. Changing the user's outbound caller id in the User Details doesn't appear to change this in the Contact information > MY PRIMARY NUMBER of the https://myringcentral.com/ website.

    Please include an option to enable or disable the pop-up notification for accepting or rejecting outbound calls in the application. Currently, users must either accept or reject the call before it connects, but most customers prefer their outbound calls to go through automatically.

  9. Call loop (no warning, when set) must not be possible.Today user A can set a forward to a colleague B who has configured a forward to user A. Which ends in a undefined status (no clue what happens today and how the user can get out of this).If a user may configure that he has to get a clear warning at least.

  12. 1) Any voicemail left for the customer care call queue to go to customercare@dieterichbank.com and not to go to their personal email inbox. All members have access to this email address to access the voicemail emails.
    2) Customer Care voicemail queue in RingCentral app must stay accessible to all members.

  13. Problem statement:
    - An employee can have a call forwarded to a colleague or a hotline despite the status "available" and is therefore not reachable by the caller personally by telephone.

    Wish:
    - If the call forwarding is activated, it should be internally clear from the status that the employee cannot be reached personally by telephone
    - In addition, it would be nice if the redirection destination could be recognized by other employees in the status.

  14. A participant in a group/hunt group should be automatically logged off from the group/hunt group when he "logs off on the PC".This should be configurable for the user, whether he likes it or not. It could be that he like to be present via another device.

  15. Some organizations have the corporate rule, that always the real person has to take an incoming call. So voicemail must not be used in the organization.But as of today, if you use the combined user (voice&fax) you must activate for missed call 'send to voicemail'.Please find an implementation, where there is no must for this 'send to voicemail) setting

  17. Wanted to have the options to listen to the voicemail while there is a cloud forwarding from their main RC number.
    - Dialed main number > *86 - No option to put the pin of the ext. Calls are forwarding to Contact Center IVR.

  19. We would like to have an option to modify the content of the email we receive for voicemail notifications. The default voicemail notification sent via email contains personal and private information of our customers. We hope to find a way to edit this content to protect our customers' privacy.
