It would be helpful that once we update and published our 411 directory assistance it would also sync with other carriers. This would also improve customer experience that they don't need to reach other carriers just to inform them to update their 411 directory assistance

At present, calls originating from a toll-free number to another toll-free number are not supported on the RingCentral platform. When a customer attempts this type of call, it fails without completing.⚠️ Issue Description:

Multiple RingOut phone numbers in Notifcation +
When creating notifications in Notifications Plus we can send to multiple email address's but can only notify with the RingOut feature to one phone number. The only way that we can notify multiple people via a phone call to check their emails is to create a new notification for each person.

Availability to make mutlple conference call
We have a customer who would like to do multiple conference calls. Since we can generate new host/participant codes and use them, they would like to add this fact to where we can have the Conference Feature Adjusted.
1) They can't send an invite because they don't personally use Outlook.
2) If it's capable of generating random host/participant codes, I should be able to schedule a conference call with a set, have that exist until it happens, while also being able to schedule a different conference call for another time.2 votes -

The only option currently is to turn it off completely, which I don't want! We need an option where we can choose to have the ringer silenced during the call but can still get a silent notification like: Drop down/Banner style notifications on Mobile App, blinking light on desk phone, pop-up notification on desktop app!
It also continues to ring out loud repeatedly after pressing ignore/dismiss, which makes it almost impossible to hear the conversation being had... Once a person presses ignore/dismiss to the call in the que, this should automatically silence the future notification…

Dial-by-name directory when extension names have teh same last name
We have 2 extensions with the same first and last name. Please make it so that we can select who will be announced first when using the dial-by-name directory

Voicemail call notification
When a voicemail is left, call the user(s) listed with a prercorded message "You have new messages. To listen, press 1." Then prompt the user for the voicemail inbox pin, or at least just letting them know they have a message where they can then open their app to respond to the voicemail.

Ability to reroute the caller back to company greetings from the announcement only extension
We are wanting to make it so when a announcment only message is played it then reroutes to the main greeting so the caller can select a different option instead of just hanging up
