  1. It would have been best if they can received an email sooner for their users that their apps are outdated and needs an update. Than they only 24 hours to fix it.

  4. Since a user can be a member of multiple Push To Talk channels it will be a great help if they can also listen to multiple PTT channels at once.

  5. It's better if we have visibility of all of our support cases in the support portal. We would like to track all the opened and closed cases as well as the escalated cases to other department so we can check the case status from our end.

  6. On the RingCentral Teams deskotp application, the RingCentral app does not remember the last used section when navigating away to other Teams apps/functionality. The RC Teams app always defaults to the Phone tab instead of the area I was previously in.

  7. On iOS the RingCentral app does not remember or resume to the last used section if the app is killed by iOS. This is a feature request for the mobile app to remember the last used section.

  13. The ability to block all outside incoming calls to limited extensions is extremely important. We use limited extensions with Algo IP Speakers and can't have outside calls coming into our classrooms.
