    Requesting access to the call transcript history for all users associated with their account. We would like to review and retrieve transcripts of past calls for internal monitoring, quality assurance, or record-keeping purposes. Kindly confirm if this level of access is supported, and if so, please advise on the process and any limitations related to data availability or retention periods.

The customer is requesting a setup where internal calls are routed solely to the user's desk phone, mobile, or desktop application—excluding any additional users defined in their ring group settings. These ring group settings should only be applied to external or client calls received through the direct number shared with clients.

    Description:
    We are requesting the addition of support for the "Call Answered Elsewhere" feature on the Poly Edge E100 and E550 IP phones. This feature is increasingly important in environments where users are assigned to multiple queues, or where simultaneous ring or shared line appearances are in use.

  11. Our Customer Services team use the call monitoring feature through the HUD to monitor/support/train people with calls. We have used this feature but you cannot toggle Whisper on/off. You have to end the call monitoring session and restart it again, rather than just been able to press whisper again to turn it off

  13. Please give Limited Extensions the ability to pick up a call from a Park Location. Currently, Limited Extensions are not available to be added as a Member to a Park Group. It would be very helpful to have the ability to pick up a call from park on a common area phone during meetings or while in the break room. We have to page the user, have them call back and tell reception their location and then transfer to the call to that limited extension, instead of just having them pick up a parked call.

  14. Toggle the caller ID from the desk phone and apps from a different sites.

    As an
    example, they make a call at 9 AM and want it from the primary caller ID.
    Then at 9:10, they want caller ID to come from the additional site. How
    can the change be made on softphone and desk phone, EASILY.

Unlike the desktop app, the browser version lacks audio settings such as noise suppression.   19. It would be useful, if it is possible to dial via the search-field. When I paste a Number there (oder put in in manually) and there is no contact and i press enter, nothing happens.

    Instead of "nothing happens" it would be great, if it is a number (even if there is no contact), that it is dialed with the phone. So it is not neccessary to switch from Messages or Journal to the dialpad and paste the number there.

  20. Change Phone number location without changing the number

    Our phone numbers (804 area code) are associated with the location Petersburg, even though Richmond, VA, which has the same 804 area code. Is there any way we can change the location information to say Richmond instead of Petersburg without changing the phone number? Also, the caller ID is set up to say EVR Research, but the location is the only thing that shows up when we call someone
