Text Notification pop up preview - want it back
The pop up preview notification has recently changed and no longer displays a preview of the message. For MFA purposes, it was nice to see the code displayed. Without the preview, it requires more steps to navigate to the text message and to display it so we can capture the MFA code.

Ability to Disable Changing of Caller ID from RingCentral App
Kindly allow RingCentral App Admin to disable the option for the user to change the Caller ID from the RingCentral App. There's currently an option to disable the outbound caller ID from the Admin Portal. However, this only pertain when a user is using a Deskphone and RC Phone App.

Assign custom company common fax cover sheet
In healthcare, we do a lot of faxing and our fax cover sheets include our company logo as well as HIPAA instructions as to what should be done in event of a HIPAA breach where a fax is sent erroneously to the wrong party. We would like to be able to upload a custom company coversheet and assign it via user template to all users, remove access to all other coversheets.

Possibility to filter by more criterias when adding members to a qall queue
There is no possibility to filter by department or other criteria beside Site when adding members to a qall queue. This is quite annoying as call queues most often are not the same as Site members. I think you and admins of many other companies will agree with me here. Best Regards

Note with the call journal
Option to create a notice (or task) from a line item of the call journal, which can be assigned to themselves or another colleague. The number of the called party should be automatically added to the note.

Allow for Three Sections in the Call Queue Display Settings
Please add three selections to be made in the Call Queue display settings. Currently, only two selections can be made. We need the display settings to include three options for all incoming calls: Queue name, Caller ID, and Called ID name.

Transfer call queue voicemails to external number during business hours
Within Call Queues there is an option for After Hours to forward voicemails to external numbers. During work hours you can send voicemails to the Call Queues extension or another extension. The customer would like the option during work hours to forward voicemails to external numbers.

Clear path within the service web portal to update user's security question
In Service Web's current design, to update the security question you'll need to go to User Details > Security > Change Password. A pop-up will appear "Your current Service Web session will be terminated after password change and you will be redirected to login page. Do you wish to proceed?"
The pop-up indicates you are changing your password and the initial header of "Password and PIN" giving zero indication that this is also where you have to go to change the security question.

Lock email from end user updates
We would like to remove the ability for end users to change their email address on their accounts. We use SSO to log in and when users update the email incorrectly, it breaks the SSO login. It would be global, not just US.

I want the ability to ignore calls coming in on a call queue
Our calls all come in on a call queue, so the phone rings everybody in the office. If I know the call isn't for me, I would like to be able to ignore the call. Currently when I click "ignore", it stops ringing for a second, then just starts ringing again. So basically the ignore button does nothing. Can you make it so clicking ignore stops that call from ringing me (or anyone else who clicks ignore)?

Call loop (no warning, when set) must not be possible.Today user A can set a forward to a colleague B who has configured a forward to user A. Which ends in a undefined status (no clue what happens today and how the user can get out of this).If a user may configure that he has to get a clear warning at least.
