When users access the directory to look for someone they cannot see their presence (whether they are on a call or not). On the old Mitel platform the little box by their name would turn red when on a call. The little box is still there but just stays black whether they are on a call or not.

A hyperlink of a user can be sent via message and the other participants can click it once and will start a conversation to that user.

Feature Request: Block Unwanted Numbers from Sending SMS/MMS
Implement a feature that allows administrators to block specific phone numbers from sending SMS or MMS messages to any of our company-owned phone numbers.
Our company receives unwanted, spam, or malicious SMS/MMS messages from external senders.

Option to Fully Disable Fax Capability on Voice Numbers
Currently, there is no reliable way to disable fax traffic for a phone number. If a number is assigned to a user extension and set to "Voice Only," any inbound fax attempts are treated as voice calls and will ring all active devices and apps associated with that extension.
Ideally, there should be an option to fully disable fax functionality on a number. This would result in a failed transmission status for the sender, clearly indicating that the number is not enabled for fax. Delete task from the Main window only.
For example, I create a task, it's displayed in the main window and appears in the tasks on the right. If I want to delete it in the main window so it doesn't get in the way, I press 3 and there's a "delete task" option. But then the task is also deleted from the task list.
Is it possible to add an option in the three dots, besides "delete task" "delete task notification"?

SMS - Access granting for managers to team members SMS messages
Currently there is not a way to grant access to managers/supervisors to the SMS messages their team members send and receive. There is the ability to grant this type of access to user's call logs using User Groups. Would be great if SMS messages could be part of what is imparted with User Group permissions.

Prevent transcription of Credit Card numbers within RingCentral App. We have a KIOSK at our campground facility and on occasion the will have to accept a credit card number over the phone. Ideally we would like the call transcribed but no Credit Card numbers.

Show entire SMS history when creating a new SMS like it used to
On the RingCentral desktop app, you used to be able to see the full SMS history when you went to create a new SMS text. Now when you create a new SMS text message, you don't see the history. It was super helpful to have the history there any time you created a new SMS message. The new functionality is not great for awareness of the most recent text message.

Custom Rules order priority
I would like to see a feature where the ordering of Custom Rules determines their priority in matching to inbound calls.
Here is my use case:
I have a custom rule on a site's Auto Receptionist to send calls to an answering service during the lunch hour.I also have a custom rule for Holidays set on the same Auto Receptionist.
Naturally, the lunch schedule happens every day (including holidays) so this creates a conflict. Currently I have to exclude the lunch hour from the Holiday rule to have no conflicts. This however will have calls during the lunch hour…
