There is no need to push your new AI or any adds for that matter also. Please remove ALL these adds from emails delivered to our users. No need to use a company's user base for your marketing.

There is no need to promote anything new with Ring Central on a voicemail email to a users inbox. Especially if there are confidential messages. This is waisted space in email and can cause confusion for users. Send "email promotional" items to ADMINs' of account only. We already own your softwarte so no need for every little "ad." Makes RC seems to pushy and will avoid user confusion for "clickable" links ...

We should have the option to stop RingCentral from promoting services that we don't want our users using. Period. We don't even want them logging into the portal so we would want to be able to remove the text that encourages them to do so.

AZFCU would prefer our users not receive any ads or promotional content from the email voicemail notifications or other notifications. This is an critical expectation for our company and users.
