  2. Click to Dial functionality when a custom tab is open.

    Current behavior is when you Click to Dial a phone number under Custom tab, you'll be directed to Accounts.

    It would be very helpful if this feature is available.

  3. We are using the RC integration into teams. If someone calls and we press reply and choose "I will call you back in 10 minutes", it says that phrase to the customer.
    The customer then has 5 options, for example, press 2 to leave a voicemail, 3 to respond Yes, 4 to respond No, or 5 to respond "Call me Urgently".
    If the customer chooses 3, 4 or 5, we are only getting a notification if the user has the RC tab in Teams open at the time. If they have teams open but are on the chat page, the…

  4. Add API functionality to add numbers to the TCR 10DLC Registry.

    I have scripts the connect our environment with RingCentral. New users are automatically created within RingCentral, but now I have to regularly go in and manually add numbers to the TCR.

  8. Currently, the admin portal only shows that the archiving failed in Archiver and we can hit the Retry button. It would be helpful if the reason for failure will be indicated along with the Retry button or will be stated in the email notification.

  9. Currently, we pull the following information (fields) from RC into ZD tickets:

    *Requester
    *Subject
    *Inbound called RC number
    *Last call start

    The fields above were added manually as per RC guide. There is no Call queue field from what we can tell.

    Therefore, we would like to also include a queue as a new field.

    E.g.: If a customer calls “International sales”, it should be reflected in the ticket.

  10. The normal behavior for MS Teams is, if the status is away, call rings and then goes to voicemail. For this feature, callers will hear a voicemail message immediately if the user's status is away.

  15. Need APIs to expose Total, In Use and Available license counts as viewed in Service Web Portal under Billing > Licenses & Inventory. Also, the Live Reports license counts need to reflect the true counts from the license status report that can be downloaded from Live Report Analytics.APIs are needed to create an automated extract to feed an executive BI dashboard

  16. RingCentral dialing features are not available to the users from within TEAMS and will not move past the SIGN IN display

  17. Sending a Fax via Email, cannot include anything in the body. Would be great to add text. Also the ability to add email signature would be very helpful for simplicity and saving time. Currently have to add some steps and cannot include everything needed.

  20. You should be able to create a task in a ringcentral team and have it appear in the google calendar. For example, if there is a team called "daily tasks" it would create a "daily tasks" google calendar and any tasks assigned through ringcentral in that team would also appear in google. Or if there is already a calendar created in google, be able to connect it to a new or existing ringcentral team.
