  4. Essentially, we are using the web version of RingCentral as we use Linux (Ubuntu Mate) and it all works fine, except for the extension. If it has to use the google extension, then it is missing functionality that the web app has (in this case - we need the extension to have the "ask first" option on Transfers, which is doesn't.

  5. You can now access Ring Central within Microsoft Teams which is amazing and so helpful, however one small feature that isn't available yet is to use the Ring Central Scheduler option which is used to generate a Conference Call and a Toll Free number is generated. It would be extremely beneficial to be able to have a Teams Meeting and use the Ring Central Conference number so people can call into the Teams Meeting.

  6. Please create a firmware/profile version for the Poly CCX 700 for RingCentral MVP. Just like the "MS Teams" or "Zoom" profiles you can select from, there should be a "RingCentral MVP". So that you can utilize all the features of the CCX 700. Join Video Meetings, see your MVP Profile etc.

  7. Due to many new requirements by organizations like CMS calls recording are required to be kept for 10 years. With cloud based technology the storage can be unlimited. Even for an additional fee.

  8. Most, if not all Communications systems have the ability to set a zero destination for physical phones. This is a critical need in the Hospitality, Healthcare, and SLED space. Example: A guest is in their hotel room and would like to speak to the front desk. Invariably, zero is pushed, It is engrained behavior. Hospital Rooms have the same need.In SLED, many common area phones provide the same function. Dial zero for assistance or information.Our inability to perform this basic task is causing our team(s) to have to sell around and/or creatively solve for this need.

  14. We noticed that RC was not logging all calls. Only direct lines. We need to be able to automatically record all activty in Salesforce. Support said this is a known issue. Any progress as to when this will have a fix?

  16. Currently, we use an API integration that simply sends a site-specific customer satisfaction survey that is sent 7 days after their order was fulfilled. This is a trigger that is automatically activated, the sms message is sent and seems to be in working order. However, the number that is defined as the outgoing phone number belongs to the user extension of our Administrator (1002) which is (617) 674-1243.   17. Hi, it would be so great if there was a way to remove the lengthy pause that follows the greeting, just before the “let me connect you automated voice” step. It can be confused as a connection error or call drop.
