  1. Current methods allow for IT to uninstall the RingCentral EXE app from one user/profile (ie the logged in user) but there should be a method to allow IT to uninstall/remove the EXE from all users/profiles that could exist on a machine.

    The new MSI deployment tool allows IT to centrally deploy the EXE so it would be preferred to enhance this same tool vs a separate tool for uninstalls.

  2. Currently, when a customer encounters an issue with the Clearview system, the escalation process follows an inefficient path:

    1. Advanced Support Engineers escalate the issue to Nice incontact
    2. Nice Incontact then escalates the issue to Clearview
    3. Clearview raerly interacts directly with the customer, leading to a game of telephone.
    4. Advanced support Engineers and Nice Incontact representatives lack accesss to Clearview systems, making troubleshooting from our end non-existant. Tjhis process results in unnecessary delays, miscvommunication, and customer dissatisfaction, as issues that could be resolved quickly instead require multiple escalations.

  3. In the RingCentral for Hubspot plugin, users are required to have their HS email match their RC email for them to authenticate.

    For some use cases where it is not ideal for users to have their own logins in Hubspot, they won't be able to utilize the plugin to log their calls and for the C2D feature.

    There should be at least a workaround for situations similar to this.

  4. Add the the source tag to be applied to all calls in Ringcentral &
    Hubspot.

    Add ability to see the close rate. Leave comments on leads
    or mark them as a booked service so we can assign a value to each lead?

  7. Click to Dial will is not working in 3rd Party SF app since the app is not showing in App Manager. RC for Google Click to Dial is not recommendable because it will not record the calls in Salesforce activity.

  10. We are currently using a custom field on our Opportunity object for matching related cases. Is there a way to use multiple fields for matching? For example, sometimes we contact clients on their main phone number, but they also have an alternate phone number too. We'd like communication with either their main or alternate phone numbers to return matches in RingCentral. Is this possible, or can you only match using one phone number field?

  13. To have an option to connect Poly.ai integration with RingCentral.

    We are going to try to use this AI program to answer calls for reservations. We will need to be able to port calls over to them and back. Im not sure how to set this up. Can you point me in the right direction?

    Now, I must remember that I assigned a task, so go to the individual name and click tasks.

  19. I would love to be able to personalize the default subject line logged for an SMS in Salesforce. Notably, if I could make it "SMS with <name>" or--even better--"SMS about <x>" from the first line in my notes or something of the like.
