  1. As per customer, Assigning E5 Licenses to sync direct routing to RingCentral would not work for them.

    As per support site, each users should have e5 licenses for them to be able to sync each users to the Service portal.

    Customer would like to eliminate the need for E5 license to sync direct routing

  3. Our goal is to integrate RingCentral with Trello to streamline our sales process. Currently, making calls manually from Ring Central creates unnecessary work. With this integration, our sales team can directly call phone numbers stored in Trello's phone number field using RingCentral's system.

    The call will connect instantly, and the system will automatically record the conversation on the client card and can attach it as a recording so that anyone that has access to that card has a history of the calls made to that business.

    After the call, the team can easily add notes and update the call disposition…

  4. When no contact is matched, it would be nice to have the ability to auto pop a new contact page so that the end-user can easily begin creating a new contact. With this, the captured inbound phone number should be automatically fed into the "Phone Number" field within HubSpot.

    Lastly, in an ideal world, the call would then be automatically matched to the newly created contacted without having to select it in the drop down manually.

  8. Is it possible to do a 3-way call in the CRM extension? I just tried to do this with a client and the attorney. I could hear both of them, but they could not hear each other and I couldn’t see any way to merge the calls. I tried to start over and add the attorney to the call with the client. It looked like that was working, but it never rang for the attorney.

  17. The HUD is usefui for fingsing an extension number while displaying the call status. The list doesn't seem to have any order about it. I have been told we have to manually move the users around the screen to put them in alphabetical order but that is time consuming and would require ongoing changing.
    Can it be sorted by username alphabetically?

    Unfortunately we dont have the same.
    Please consider to have this supported in the future
