   Please create a Presence Sync feature between the Avaya ACO and the CXOne app, so when a CSR is in a call with one app, the other app status changes to Busy and vice versa.

2. RingCentral CRM Extension for Load Board

   Currently customer is using CRM call Load Board which is integrated with RingCentral using a chrome extension called RingCentral CRM Extension. Recently, they had issue with the SMS feature which changes some of the characters of the text. Upon checking, customer is still using the RingCentral Phone App, so I ask customer to use the RingCentral App instead and that fixes the issue. With this, I ask customer to uninstall the RingCentral Phone App, But after doing so, the customer is no longer able to use the Chrome extension, which allows them to dial out directly from the CRM using the floating symbol. with the error saying app is not found. but the RingCentral App is still installed. customer is asking RingCentral to allow their CRM to be configured to the new RingCentral App.

4. Additional SCIM Field Mappings

   Currently fields such as Role, Site, template are not available via the SCIM API for user provisioning. Being able to map these would add fluidity to the provisioning process and eliminate some double handling.

5. MS teams DND status

   Do not set status of Microsoft Teams to away / available etc once you are on DND and became idle so you will not receive any calls .

7. Installing Unified CRM using Firefox

   Will the integration work with the Firefox browser addon if I have the RingCentral Firefox addon installed? I do not use Chrome as my default browser.  If I but install the Clio RingCentral addon through Chrome could I use the integration if I sign on to Clio using Firefox?

11. Add source tag to calls in Hubspot

    Add the the source tag to be applied to all calls in Ringcentral &
    Hubspot.

    Add ability to see the close rate. Leave comments on leads
    or mark them as a booked service so we can assign a value to each lead?

13. User Provisioning configuration in Azure

    UserName and Email Address in Azure, I believe it doesn’t like that theses values are different. Is there a way around this? At this time we need these values to be different for system reasons.

15. Outlook auto update

    We have used a command line along with the msi tool for IT to deploy the RingCentral Desktop app with auto-update enabled. We hare having issues with RingCentral for Outlook not auto-updating. How can I do something similar for the RingCentral for Outlook to make sure it auto-updates?
