  1. Currently, when signing in to the RC for Hubspot extension. They can choose up to 4 accounts they can select.

    This is limiting the users from adding any more accounts to use with the integration and is forced to remove a "Hub" even if they would need to have all those accounts connected at the same time.

    This is likely a Hubspot limitation, but a workaround/bypass mechanism would be greatly appreciated for users who have to use multiple accounts in Hubspot for calling/SMS.

  2. Cisco Phones Hot Key for " Accept Queue Calls ".
    Want to have a key/button that can be programmed into the cisco keypad to turn on or off to receive calls from the Queue.

    Don't want to keep on logging into the portal everyday to turn on " accept queue calls " and turn off for other users.
    Setting the phone to DND isn't applicable as the phones/users still need to receive either internal calls or direct extension calls

  3. The customer would like to have a way to monitor hardware (both the Polycom OBi302 and Cisco ATA191) by way of an API or SNMP. They are looking to be notified when the devices go offline and come back online.

  7. Please integrate all direct numbers with WhatsApp business. Only the main number has access to WhatsApp business. All numbers on an account should have WhatsApp business access.

  8. We are unable to use the ringcentral click to
    dial function from within the individual contact record, however it is
    working from our contacts list. We will just click to dial from the list.

  11. I need to have the RC plugin back to Outlook since I need to use it for calling. If I'm going to use the RC for Outlook app, I have to upgrade my plan to MS 2016 but I am only using MS 365

  20. Please add the ability to add a buffer time before the automation is triggered.

    For e.g.

    Missed Call automation, before triggering an SMS to be sent out. It is ideal that they could add a 5 minute delay before the text message is sent out.
