  2. We are currently using a custom field on our Opportunity object for matching related cases. Is there a way to use multiple fields for matching? For example, sometimes we contact clients on their main phone number, but they also have an alternate phone number too. We'd like communication with either their main or alternate phone numbers to return matches in RingCentral. Is this possible, or can you only match using one phone number field?

  6. I would like to see my tasks on the sidebar like I can see my text messages.
    Now, I must remember that I assigned a task, so go to the individual name and click tasks.

  12. (1) Unresponsive SMS 'Related To' field but has matching Phone Fields

  19. Problem Statement: Currently, the SSO Enable toggle switch is visilbe to all users regardless of their roles. This can create confusion for users who do not have the permission to modify these settings and may propose a risk for accidential misconfigurations.

    Proposed Solution: Introduce a role base visibility logic for the SSO toggle, usign a user settings template to determine visibility based on specific role levels. This approach ensures that only the selected admins etc can view and manage the setting while hiding it from other users and provide more flexibility in managing roles.
