Pipedrive-Text from Mac app
When clicking on the RC SMS button in Pipedrive, allow for texting from the Mac app instead of the chrome widget. Currently, this is possible for a phone call, but not for SMS

Add "Ask First' Feature to HubSpot Plug In
You can only blind transfer with the HubSpot Plug In. We need to be able to talk to who we are transferring to first. Please add this feature. It is already a RingCentral Feature just need the option added to the HubSpot Plug In.

Attach VM Audio file to the email transcription email
Please create a feature that allows us to forward a voicemail to another RingCentral user within the company directory. Current I would need to download the audio and upload it back to message. Its not efficient. Another suggestion is to attach the audio with the email notification of the voicemail transcription

Does RingCentral have feature where a caller is allowed to leave a call back number, instead of waiting or leaving a voicemail.

Bitrix24 CRM integration app which let log calls and Click to call option
existing app was developed by Bitrixs24 CRM team and app is not workign actually. We are missing some call recordings and sometimes it doesn't allow to make calls.When logging in - I can choose other emplyees numbers as outbound numbers but never mine.

Need Multi-Tenant SIP trunks between RC (All Brands/GSPs) and 3rd Party Contact Center/IVR vendors for RC customer choosing RC MVP only...
...for the purpose of sending inbound PSTN calls to the 3rd Party CC/IVR and receiving Agent leg calls to RC user devices. Basically mirroring our own integration with NiC/InContact with vendors like, Five9, Enghouse, Genesys, Amelia...etc. Currently, CENG fields these requests and builds these connections per customer which ties up CENG,Ops and Engineering resources for each deployment. Product,Engineering and Ops have already setup similar connections with Five9s with plans for others like Enghouse, Genesys and Avaya but these are being setup for one direction/traffic type only....Agent Leg to RC users. The concern for providing "inbound PSTN to 3rd party CC/IVR"…

Save Voicemails in MS Teams when using Bridge Operator Console for RingCentral.
The Users are using Bridge Operator Console for RingCentral to make/receive and transferring calls. When we transfer calls to another user through Bridge, the voicemails are being saved in the RC app. We would like that to be saved in MS Teams instead.

Automated outbound calls
The automated system for outbound calls would allow the user to add numbers that they want to call in bulk and Ringcentral would automatically call all the numbers in the list one after the other without the user having to dial the number every time.The system would be useful for Recruiters, Sales agents and any other business that makes use of cold calling.I know other apps offer this service and it would be really great to have it on RC as well.

Google Presence Sync
Essentially, the customer would like to have the option to turn off meetings (RCV) yet still sync the user's presence from Google. That way if they turn off RCV they could still have their presence switch to busy when using Google for meetings and see that in the RC App.

Desktop to Handset
We need to be able to dial on the desktop app or click "return call" and then pick up the phone and it be ringing. In general you desktop app and physical phone need to work seamlessly. Currently its about as broken as something can be.

Integration with JobAdder
JobAdder is a growing presence in the US and a strong leader in the UK, Canada, and Australia. It's got some hooks for other SMS and WhatsApp products, like Twilio but RingCentral is (in my mind) a superior platform that should be integrated into JobAdder. JobAdder says it's on their list but needs more cooperation. Can you get back together with them and push this through. I'm loving RingCentral. Just need MORE.

Extend the number of characters/email address that can be added on the email field under notification settings.
Customer would like to extend number of characters that can be input on the email field on the notification settings. (Current max is 250)

Need APIs to expose license usage details for BI reporting
Need APIs to expose Total, In Use and Available license counts as viewed in Service Web Portal under Billing > Licenses & Inventory. Also, the Live Reports license counts need to reflect the true counts from the license status report that can be downloaded from Live Report Analytics.APIs are needed to create an automated extract to feed an executive BI dashboard

Read all text throughout Agency.
We as a agency should be able to read all text response from client. Zipwhip allows every producer to read the agency text messages. If a producer is not at work, all of the producers should be able to access the text and respond to a client. This should be a added feature to RC. if Zipwhip can do it, you should be able to as well.

WFM My Zone Intergation with Outlook calendar
Agents/Supervisors should be able to update their outlook calendar and that then be updated in their my zone schedules (and vice versa)
