  1. Up until a year or so, anything my organizationor user would receive a fax the fax's content would be in the notification email in a pdf file. This was very convenient and did not require us to log in to the app or the portal to read the content. It was flexible.Now, I must log into the app (on my phone) or on the portal (on my computer) to download/view the fax message. Instead of moving towards integration and facility this was a move backward.

  2. This is similar to the google/microsoft fix, but this would allow for one personal google account be shared with all users, giving them the ability to import all google contacts imediately, for everyone, but then moving forward additional contacts would also be shared when they get added. Nextiva has this feature of sharing contacts company wide when creating new contacts.

  4. I'm sure several companies must now have Microsoft Teams integration via RingCentral Cloud PBX, but there's no Service Status for if there are any outages or failures going on. This would help us determine if there's a global outage so that we submit tickets accordingly

  10. Park location number - display on phone or recall it.Everyone benefits from this idea. Should already be available as standardize feature to place a caller in a park location number have it display as reminder. Problem arise due to rolling/changing park location number. Or at minimum, provide ability to recall park location number after hanging up the phone.

  15. A setting on RingCentral Dialer or embedded app on Salesforce that can decrease its ringing/ringer volume. This helps the end users to have the ability to decrease or silence the volume as too loud affects the office environment.

  16. While testing inbound calls into my RingCentral extension, I noticed that I do not get notifications on my cell phone's MS Teams with the RingCentral embedded app. If I log in to the RingCentral mobile app, I do get notified but only on the RingCentral mobile app.

When using click-to-SMS via Hubspot, the customer is not seeing the past thread or history, unless they go to the activity fields in Hubspot or if they open their message history from the RC extension.   19. RingCentral for Hubspot currently allows users to use click-to-dial on any numbers they see in Hubspot. However, Hubspot has a 'Call' icon on every contact which allows them to make calls via Hubspot and it the option to have it use RingCentral for outbound calling once integrated will be much more ideal.

  20. With the Teams embedded app, there is a chat that gets created with the RingCentral Bot. It provides notifications of text messages, missed calls, etc. Those bot messages provide phone numbers and extension numbers but does not convert these into names. It would be helpful to be send the names for users in their RingCentral tenant instead of (or in addition to) extension numbers. Further, any numbers not in their RingCentral directory could be compared with the MSFT contacts.
