Status and Queue visibility in RingCentral in Salesforce.com
Being able to see agents status's and call queues as it shows in the Avaya Cloud Phone App. Agents need to transfer to users that show available but status visibility is not available in RingCentral App.

Allow Reincubate Camo integration in RingCentral App.
Reincubate Camo is a 3rd party camera app that allows you to use your phone's camera as the web cam. RingCentral Meetings allowed the integration, but the new RingCentral App does not. Your phone's camera is a much better camera than most built in webcams. Zoom Integration
It would be great that RingCentral had some sort of integration with Zoom and other similar companies like zoom. So that we could provide a link or meeting code to people that use Zoom. Not everyone wants to join using RingCentral or have had issues with it in the past, so they are reluctant to get on a call or video call unless they use their platform. Salesforce plugin does not reflect intercompany name when dialing an extension.
It would be beneficial to have verify an intercompany extension or the reverse to have the extension show up when typing an intercompany name.

User's status in the RingCentral for Salesforce plugin does not match the user status in desktop.
User status should be the same in all RingCentral forms.

Take Microsoft Teams Location for 911 calls on your direct routing solution
If you decide to use Microsoft Teams interface with Direct routing , 911 nomadic no longer works. But Teams can pass the data to Ring Central or other direct routing connection in case of 911 call. Without it Teams as a client is useless and shouldn't be sold.

Adding "Reservety" app to one of your supported apps
We need to integrate Ring Central to our Rental tool, which is Reservety so we can send auto-text option that allows us to send delivery and pick up reminders to our customer's rentals.

Integration with Practice Panther
I would like to be able to easily sync contacts between Ring Central and Practice Panther. I can't even do it using a Zapier bypass because the Ring Central options are so limited. The current "export contacts-edit contacts-rename doc-import contacts-pray" workflow is not in the least bit functional.

Tint Wiz integration
Window tint, graphics, ppf, detail shops that use ring central would be able to use a CRM like Tintwiz for creating client profiles, as well as finding clients from the past more easily

Sync MS teams Call logs to RC call logs
Requesting feature to sync MS teams Call logs to RC call logs , so that whatever settings has beens set to MS teams will also tell the Call logs from RC call logs, for example user from MS teams placed status to dnd and all calls should be routed to voicemail as he sets settings to MS Teams allow voicemail, which means RC system and call logs will detect the MS teams app that user was on DND and the call logs of RC system should be showing sent to voicemail and not call connected.
