  2. Click to Dial will is not working in 3rd Party SF app since the app is not showing in App Manager. RC for Google Click to Dial is not recommendable because it will not record the calls in Salesforce activity.

  3. Measurement of the MOS to be deferred to the dropped agent: there is a metric that is measuring the MOS from the beggining of the call, Customer would like to deffer it to when Agent picks up the call

  4. In the CTI, whenever a user gets a call from the call queue, they see the call queue name as opposed to the caller ID (which is a direct reflection of the setting followed by the RC app).

    Most would prefer to have the caller ID set since so it will be easier for them to associate the call inside of Salesforce.

  9. Having the option to implement a streaming URL service for ‘music On on hold’ within the RingCentral platform would be extremely beneficial to us.
    This live URL would be able to provide a multitude of company oriented advertisements that would be randomized with every single call with every single customer being placed on hold.
    Services like Easy on Hold can provide that as long as the RingCentral platform supports it.

  12. Feature Request : Warm Transfer call for Yealink T48U

    Details : By Default issue warm transfer is not set on the phones directly and they would have to configure them manually on the phones web GUI to allow attended transfer to be applied and had to apply it on each phone on the cx account that is a Yealink T46U, T48U and T57W

    Current behavior : blind transfer is set for the yealink transfer key

As a trade supplier, all of our customers are businesses, and each of our customers can have as many as 20 contacts all phoning out from one main company number, but the RingCentral for HubSpot app only shows the first and last name for the first match - so inevitably, often we're not speaking to the person whose name is on the first match.

    For us, it's way more important to show the company name than that first and last name of one of the people working there - at least it's virtually guaranteed that the company name is right,…

  20. I think a lot of the issues come from the integration not being used/coded to it’s fullest. Do you have teams dedicated to integration build-out (specifically for Salesforce implementation)? Either way, let me know and we can go from there!
