  3. Feature Request: Synchronization of External Shared Contacts between RingEX and RingCX Directories

    Request Overview: The customer requests the ability for external shared contacts that appear in the RingEX company directory to also be visible in the RingCX directory.

    Current Behavior: Currently, external shared contacts added to the RingEX company directory do not automatically appear in the RingCX directory. This lack of synchronization requires users to manually add or manage contacts across both platforms, resulting in duplication of efforts and potential discrepancies between directories.

  8. This is currently only supported with Citrix, VMware and Azure (AVD/ Windows 365).
    Some customer are using regular remote desktop connections to RDS farms running Windows Server (2019/2022).

    2. From the CTI dialer

    It would be great if we have an option to have the Call button from Hubspot working after installing the RC for HubSpot dialer

  10. I’d like to suggest a new feature for the RingCentral integration with Microsoft Outlook. It would be incredibly helpful if users could manage their call forwarding settings directly within the Outlook interface.

    Right now, managing call forwarding requires switching back and forth between RingCentral and Outlook, which can disrupt workflow. If we could set up and adjust call forwarding settings right from Outlook, it would make the process much easier and more efficient.

  13. customer wants to have a feature that in Call queue, in longest idle set up. If the longest idle extension did not answer the phone call, the call will be routed to a specific extension. However the 2nd idle extension will not ring and will be available to take the other call. Same goes with the other extension if they did not answer phone call will be directed to specific extension

  15. We have identified an issue where our system does not fully support call validation from Google. The problem occurs because Google begins playing the validation code before the call is actually answered. This happens due to the greeting that RingCentral plays before the app or phone starts ringing, leading to the code being provided before the call is picked up.

Since the business is adding an existing device to their RingCentral account, it would be very helpful if there's some sort of Flag or Warning that will show on the actual desk phone when they add it to their RingCentral account that will tell them the device is already registered on another account instead of them calling support. It will save more time for them instead of trying to register a device that cannot be registered since it is already added to a different account.

  19. As per customer, Assigning E5 Licenses to sync direct routing to RingCentral would not work for them.

    As per support site, each users should have e5 licenses for them to be able to sync each users to the Service portal.

    Customer would like to eliminate the need for E5 license to sync direct routing
