  1. Problem Statement: Currently, the SSO Enable toggle switch is visilbe to all users regardless of their roles. This can create confusion for users who do not have the permission to modify these settings and may propose a risk for accidential misconfigurations.

    Proposed Solution: Introduce a role base visibility logic for the SSO toggle, usign a user settings template to determine visibility based on specific role levels. This approach ensures that only the selected admins etc can view and manage the setting while hiding it from other users and provide more flexibility in managing roles.

  4. Triggers for workflows are around sms and calls, would be nice if I could trigger based on date and time as well. Like at 4pm say "Please check your time cards before leaving for the day team". I could do something like this via tasks and calendar but like the idea of being able to use it here also

  5. I have the HUD subtab when I'm in the Phone tab of the RC app. Previously, before an update a few months ago, the RC app would remember the last selected subtab after a call ended, which was almost always HUD. Now, it always returns me to the Keypad subtab after a call.

  6. As a long-term customer, I would like to request approval for the integration of automated text messaging with Aptly. This would enable us to automatically send scheduling reminders to our residents.

    After recently transitioning from Lead Simple to Aptly, we discovered that this feature is unavailable through RingCentral. This integration is crucial for our operations, particularly for our annual and biannual property checks, which require us to send 72-hour scheduling reminders and 24-hour courtesy reminders.

    Without this automated system, we will be manually sending over 2,000 text messages in 2025 alone, just to comply with our required process. This is…

  18. Feature Request : Warm Transfer call for Yealink T48U

    Details : By Default issue warm transfer is not set on the phones directly and they would have to configure them manually on the phones web GUI to allow attended transfer to be applied and had to apply it on each phone on the cx account that is a Yealink T46U, T48U and T57W

    Current behavior : blind transfer is set for the yealink transfer key

  20. customer wants to have a feature that in Call queue, in longest idle set up. If the longest idle extension did not answer the phone call, the call will be routed to a specific extension. However the 2nd idle extension will not ring and will be available to take the other call. Same goes with the other extension if they did not answer phone call will be directed to specific extension
