  1. MS Teams embeddable app to choose default tab

    Every time I click on the RingCentral integration in Teams it defaults to the Phone tab.In Settings, I can see you can change the tab order. I did this and put HUD first, however, it still defaults to loading the Phone tab whenever I click into RingCentral.It would be nice to be able to set the default tab (unless of course there is good reason for Phone loading) as I'm more interested in seeing the presence than the dialer and call history.

    Four automation of RingCentral MVP Teams, it would be useful to pull current team membership. Perhaps this could be integrated into the existing readGlipTeam method?https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Teams/readGlipTeamUse-case:Automated management of a team that has 300+ members, this would allow validation of current members against source of truth.

  6. Allow Reincubate Camo integration in RingCentral App.

    Reincubate Camo is a 3rd party camera app that allows you to use your phone's camera as the web cam. RingCentral Meetings allowed the integration, but the new RingCentral App does not. Your phone's camera is a much better camera than most built in webcams. And Reincubate Camo allows the phone to do all the video processing so your computer does not need to use additional resources to process.Below is a link from Reincubate showing what needs to be allowed in the RingCentral App for this integration to work.https://reincubate.com/support/camo/camo-faq/#allow-camo

  12. RedTail Integration independent of Browser

    RedTail integration should not be limited by the web browser. Currently, RingCentral can only integrate using Google's Chrome browser. This is unacceptable and non-standard for the financial services industry (which widely uses RedTail). In fact, we have come across no other tech that requires a specific browser to integrate with RedTail. Please update.

  17. Attach VM Audio file to the email transcription email

    Please create a feature that allows us to forward a voicemail to another RingCentral user within the company directory. Current I would need to download the audio and upload it back to message. Its not efficient. Another suggestion is to attach the audio with the email notification of the voicemail transcription

  19. BT Cloud Work for Microsoft Teams

    Details : Customer would like to integrate MS Teams with BT Cloud Work. They've downloaded the app and connected it, but when they try to use it to make calls it asks the user to download the RingCentral App (they have the BT branded app installed). If they download the RC app it doesn't allow them to log in.Significance of the feature : Customer advised that they use MS Teams a lot for their business and would like to integrate it with BT Cloud WorkCurrent behavior : Microsoft Teams embedded dialer is only available for RingCentral accounts

  20. empower call queue

    when someone calls the main line and the recipient of the call from a queue must be notified even if they are on a busy status.
    just like dialing the direct line of the ext lets say they are on a call and there is incoming calls they heard a beep sound with the information of the caller but call queue are stop receiving calls or notif when they are on a busy status
